A simple photo swap between two doting mums has led to the diagnosis of cancer in a toddler's eye.

The two mothers became friends on an internet message board after their children were born on the same day.
Madeleine Robb from Manchester was sent a photo and spotted a shadow behind one-year-old Rowan's eye.
Mrs Robb researched the topic online and emailed Rowan's mother in Tampa, Florida when she discovered it could have been cancer.
Mrs Robb said: "Her mother had said the colour of the eye had been changing.
"She had an idea that something was wrong already. But she had no idea that it could be cancer."
The toddler was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and has had to under go chemotherapy.
If the cancer hadn't been discovered for another week it could have reached her brain and killed her.
Rowan's mum says she'll never be able to thank her friend enough.
After reading this, I thought it was pretty crazy. She could have lost her child so soon. And cancer is getting discovered on more and ore places. This just reminds me on how important is is even during the current health-care situation/system you have to do a check up if something doesn't feel/look 'normal'

How live went
I got in a bit later (around 1.15) but Daniel Haaksman was slamming record after record. Just crazy. Only the top room was hot as hell. I think I lost a few pounds due to sweating like a mad man. He crowd disappeared a bit after MC Gringo started performing. This live performance was just weak, my friends and I decided to leave the room because of that.
The main room had a performance by De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig which I just missed. They had a band in there. Grrr. After that Mr. Wix would spin but because I have seen him spin often I decided to skip it. Not only because of that but the main room was just too packed. I would have hardly been able to dance.
After Mr. Wix Le Le performed, I only saw the last few songs. And this was my first them seeing him/them. I didn't like it. I simply didn't like it. It almost killed the mood for me. Because I was waiting for Scottie B. Finally he came on and it looked promising but after I lost the connection with the music, and the room as getting emptier by the minute. With about 45 left we decided to head upstairs and dance with Beesmunt Soundsystem and they were rocking, it was a good finish to the night that started of great had a dip but came back due to the Soundsystem.

Say it ain't so
R.I.P Bernie Mac
The hardest comedian out there has left us. MTV has the story up but most news sites will have it up as well.
This another sad day in showbusiness as talent person dies.
I remember Bernie Mac from Houseparty where he was simply too rough for me. My english wasn't all that super to understand everything but as time passed I learned to appreciate him more and more and learned to understand his jokes more as well.
He will be missed and I wish his family and close friends all the best and have strength during these times.

Something I forgot
So another eager attempt of me to have something to do is being an Editor/Author at Talkplaystation. I've been writing over there since July (around the same time I held my one month sabbatical).
Since owning a Playstation 3 i've seen the potential grow of this console but also saw how a corporation can badly handle certain things. Also that on certain sites the people posting/writing didn't do it properly in my opinion. It was either filled with incorrect information or posted days after it was fort noticed.
So by helping out the guy who runs Talkplaystation I've been able to keep myself busy with something other then just sitting around and thinking about things doing nothing if not outside doing something with friends.
Check it out if you have a Playstation 3 or are just interested in gaming news. If your looking for posts from me, i post them under the name I use here as well: Ves.
